The shoe-making journey begins with Sketchpad, the cornerstone of every shoe we create. Our design team combines market trends and customer needs to draw detailed sketches, defining curves, sizes and material specifications while balancing aesthetics and practicality. Each sketch is refined repeatedly to meet global standards and customer expectations before moving to the next stage.
Next is Needle Car, where the design takes physical shape. Skilled artisans use advanced sewing machines to stitch upper components with precision, ensuring every stitch is even and firm, balancing sturdiness and a sleek appearance. We use high-quality threads that resist wear and fading, laying the foundation for the shoe’s durability.
We then move to the Sets process, precisely matching the upper to the last (the mold that determines the shoe’s shape). We adjust the upper to fit the last perfectly, ensuring consistent comfort across all sizes, and use precision tools to avoid wrinkles or misalignment that affect appearance and fit.
After upper shaping, we enter the Middle Liner stage, adding a soft, breathable and skin-friendly liner between the upper and insole. This liner enhances comfort, absorbs moisture and provides extra support, a detail that sets our shoes apart from competitors.
The next process is Coating, where we apply an eco-friendly, high-performance protective layer to the shoe’s surface. This layer resists water, dust and wear, extends the shoe’s service life, enhances its appearance, and ensures it retains its color and luster even in harsh conditions.
To ensure all components are firmly bonded, we use the Viscose process—high-strength adhesive to bond the upper, liner and sole. We apply the adhesive evenly with precise techniques to avoid excess glue that mars the shoe’s appearance, a step crucial to preventing component separation during frequent wear.
We then proceed to the Heating process, placing the shoes in a constant-temperature oven to cure the adhesive and set the shape permanently. This ensures full adhesion and maintains the shoe’s form through repeated wear and temperature changes, with a carefully calibrated process to avoid material damage.
To enhance the shoe’s strength, we move to Reinforcement, focusing on high-stress areas such as the toe, heel and seams. We add extra material layers or stitching to these areas to withstand daily wear, especially important for sports and casual shoes where durability is a core demand of our global customers.
Line Drawing is a delicate process where artisans draw precise lines on the shoe’s surface, outlining stitching patterns, logos or decorative elements. Every line is straight, even and consistent, adding a refined, professional finish, showcasing our team’s exquisite craftsmanship.
Quality control officially starts with Review, our first comprehensive inspection. Our QC team checks every aspect of the shoe—stitch consistency, material quality, fit and appearance—marking and correcting any defects immediately to ensure only high-quality products move forward.
To eliminate any errors, we conduct a Double Review, a more rigorous second inspection. This round focuses on details missed in the first review, such as glue residue, uneven lines or minor fit issues, using precision tools to measure dimensions and check comfort against strict standards.
The final step in our process is Triple Review—the ultimate quality check before shipment. Every pair undergoes a final comprehensive inspection to meet all design specifications, quality standards and customer requirements.
