We check material texture, thickness, color, specifications and environmental standards. Any unqualified raw materials will be rejected to guarantee quality from the source.
We conduct spot checks across the production line on stitching, stitch spacing, bonding, shaping and molding. We monitor workmanship in real time to fix issues promptly and avoid mass defective products.
We fully inspect every pair of finished shoes on appearance, size, symmetry, bonding strength, workmanship, cleanliness and folding resistance. Only qualified products are delivered to customers.
