Our Solution
We deployed a full-cycle, government-grade solution tailored to public sector requirements:
1. Pre-Production Qualification & Compliance
· Registered and qualified through Mexico’s official government vendor portal, submitting all business licenses, factory audits, and ISO 9001 certification.
· Developed a custom school shoe design approved by the Ministry of Education: non-slip rubber soles, breathable canvas uppers, reinforced heels, and easy-to-clean materials—optimized for student activity.

2. Scaled Custom Manufacturing
· Allocated 2 dedicated production lines to ensure capacity for 130,000 pairs.
· Implemented size-specific customization: produced 28 size variants based on the government’s student demographic data, with 100% size matching accuracy.
· Established a 3-stage quality control (QC) system: raw material inspection, mid-production checks, and final pre-shipment review—reject rate controlled below 0.5%.
3. Project Management & Timeliness
· Assigned a cross-functional government project team (engineers, QC, logistics, account managers) to oversee end-to-end execution.
